President pardons Sammy Gyamfi

The Presidency has accepted the apology from Sammy Gyamfi. He is the Acting Chief Executive of the Ghana Gold Board. His apology was regarding a gift to Prophetess Patricia Asieduaa, known as Agradaa.

Minister of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, spoke to journalists yesterday. He confirmed that no further action will be taken against Mr. Gyamfi.

About a week ago, Mr. Gyamfi was caught on tape. The video showed him counting what appeared to be US dollar notes. This incident quickly went viral and sparked public discussion on social media platforms.
