Prioritise industrial harmony, cooperation at workplace …GBC staff urged

The Board of Directors of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) has urged staff to focus on workplace harmony.

They believe a peaceful and respectful environment is vital for productivity. It also fosters innovation and growth within the corporation.

Board Chairman Mr. Samuel Kojo Intsiaba spoke at a staff durbar at GBC premises. He emphasized that industrial harmony does not mean no disagreements. Instead, it means resolving differences through dialogue and understanding.

The gathering aimed to address challenges facing the corporation. It also provided an opportunity for staff to voice concerns about administration improvements.
