Prof Naana Jane is the preferred candidate to lead NDC in 2028 per latest poll

In the latest polls by Global Info Analytics, Vice President Prof Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang leads the race. She is the top candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2028 elections.

Prof Opoku-Agyemang received 30% support in the poll. Education Minister Haruna Iddrisu follows with 24%.

Finance Minister Ato Forson earned 16%, while Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Abklakwa got 13%. NDC Chairman Asiedu Nketia also received 13% support.

The NDC must choose a new candidate for the upcoming elections. The party has not revealed its choice yet. However, there are rumors that Chairman Nketia wants to run for flagbearer in the primaries.
