Queen Camilla received a Margherita pizza during her visit to a school in Rome. This was to celebrate her 20th wedding anniversary with King Charles.

The King and Queen are on their third day of a state visit to Italy. While at a local state school, the Queen enjoyed some local cuisine. She was presented with a delivery-style box of pizza.

The King started his day by meeting Italy's Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni. He received a ceremonial red-carpet welcome at Villa Doria Pamphili, located on the outskirts of Rome. The two engaged in an animated conversation as they walked through the palace gardens.

Later that day, the King will make history. He will be the first UK monarch to speak before both houses of the Italian parliament. Part of his speech is expected to be in Italian.

In the evening, the royal couple will celebrate their anniversary at a state banquet. This event will take place at Quirinale Palace and feature local food and notable guests.

During their trip, the King and Queen have received warm welcomes from crowds in Italy. On Tuesday, they posed for photos outside the Colosseum near the Temple of Venus. Crowds called out "Carlo," which means Charles in Italian.

Local media also showed interest in their car, a claret-colored State Bentley. Back home at Buckingham Palace, there was a musical tribute for their anniversary. The Royal Family's official X account shared a video of guards playing Madness's 1981 hit "It Must Be Love."
