Re: Petition against Justice Gabriel Scott Pwamang JSC

The Tsie We/Kle Musum Quarter of Teshie has rejected a petition about Justice Gabriel Scott Pwamang.

Samuel Nii-Adjei Duah, a member of the Tsie We Family, submitted this petition. He sent it to President John Dramani Mahama on March 17, 2025. Copies were also sent to Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo and others.

Nuumo Adjei Sankuma III is the Osabu and Ayiku Wulomo of Teshie. He clarified that Duah does not represent the Quarter officially.

In a letter dated March 29, 2025, he stated that Duah is not the Lawful Attorney for their Quarter. The traditional leadership does not recognize his authority.

Nuumo Sankuma III is registered with the National House of Chiefs. He confirmed that he and the family do not support Duah's claims.

He emphasized that any correspondence from someone claiming to represent them is invalid. Such letters do not reflect the views of the Tsie We/Kle Musum Quarter.

Additionally, he stated he does not endorse or support Duah's petition. The family's views and actions differ from those of Samuel Nii-Adjei Duah.

Nuumo Sankuma III stressed their commitment to due process. They will address concerns through appropriate channels regarding representation issues.
