Kwasi Gyan-Apenteng: Renowned Journalist and Former NMC Chairman Passes Away

Nana Kwasi Gyan-Apenteng, a respected journalist, has died at 74.

He passed away on May 26 in London, according to the Daily Graphic.

Gyan-Apenteng served as Chairman of the National Media Commission from November 2015 to November 2018. He succeeded Ambassador Kabral Blay-Amihere in this role.

He was also a Consultant in Communication, Media, and Culture. Additionally, he served as President of the Ghana Association of Writers.

With over 45 years of experience, he worked as a reporter, editor, writer, teacher, and trainer.
