The Minister for Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation, Sam Nartey George, has requested the CVs of all directors and senior management staff as part of a major restructuring initiative.
This move signals a leadership realignment aimed at optimizing efficiency and aligning the Ministry’s operations with the President’s governance reform agenda.
The first phase of the restructuring has already affected key institutions, including the National Communications Authority (NCA) and the Ghana Digital Acceleration Programme, a World Bank partnership.
More changes are expected in the coming weeks.
The restructuring is part of broader efforts to modernize public administration, enhance service delivery, and strengthen Ghana’s digital and communications sector.
The Minister has expressed appreciation to staff for their dedication, assuring that the changes will drive greater innovation and efficiency.
