At the University of Cape Coast's 56th graduation ceremony, Dr. Ben Bishop Ayamba made history as the first visually impaired student to graduate with a PhD in Guidance and Counselling.

Impressed by this milestone, UCC Chancellor Sir Sam Esson Jonah awarded him a $2,000 prize.
