Businessman Seidu Agongo has praised President John Mahama for his compassionate nature, sharing how Mahama helped opposition MP Kennedy Agyapong recover funds locked by the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).
In an interview with Metro TV, Agongo, who refers to Mahama as “Bro John,” revealed that during Mahama’s first term, the president personally intervened to ensure Agyapong received money owed to him for a business transaction with ECG.
Agongo emphasized that Mahama, despite being a political rival to Agyapong, was driven by a desire to support all individuals for the betterment of Ghana.
He noted Mahama’s ability to remain kind-hearted and non-judgmental, even toward his adversaries.
