Shambolic Akufo-Addo was a disappointment—Prof. Kobby Mensah

Political Marketing Strategist Prof. Kobby Mensah has criticized President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for disappointing Ghanaians. He claimed that in 2016, people trusted him to deliver the “Ghana we want,” but his governance fell short.

Mensah noted that many within the New Patriotic Party (NPP) privately admit Akufo-Addo's failure, though they do not speak openly.

He compared Akufo-Addo to former President Kufour, stating that people believed Akufo-Addo would be a transformative leader, but instead, his leadership turned out to be disappointing.

Mensah’s remarks come after the NPP lost the 2024 elections to John Dramani Mahama, who promised to reset the country.
