Show me one politician who doesn’t give money and I will quit journalism – Journalist to critics of Sammy Gyamfi

Kwesi Parker-Wilson, a journalist at Oyerepa TV, has challenged critics of Sammy Gyamfi. He asked them to name one politician who does not give money. If they do, he will quit journalism.

Parker-Wilson believes no Ghanaian journalist or politician can criticize Gyamfi. He stated, “No Ghanaian journalist and politician should have the audacity and moral right to criticize Sammy Gyamfi.”

Sammy Gyamfi is facing scrutiny after a video surfaced online. In the video, he is seen giving money to Nana Agradaa, a former fetish priestess turned pastor. The clip shows him beside his white Range Rover while taking a photo with her.

After their conversation, Gyamfi sat in his car and counted several US dollar notes. Nana Agradaa insisted he give her all the money instead of just some. She then took all the cash from him and flaunted it to bystanders.

Gyami has since apologized for his actions. He expressed regret over the incident and called it an act of indiscretion. He explained that giving money is part of his custom to help those in need.

Gyami added that he thought this act was private and did not expect it to go public. Reports indicate he met with the Chief of Staff after being summoned about the video involving Nana Agradaa.
