The Ambassador of Spain to Ghana, Ángel Lossada, stressed the need for global cooperation. He addressed issues like maritime security and climate change.
Lossada pointed out that the world is interconnected. He stated, “No state can tackle global security challenges alone.”
He made these remarks during a visit to Western Regional Minister Joseph Nelson. This meeting took place in Takoradi on Tuesday.
His visit followed a stop by the Spanish Naval Warship “Relámpago.” The ship docked at the Western Naval Command in Sekondi.
During his visit, Lossada met with local leaders and naval officials. They discussed ways to enhance maritime security and provide technical support in Ghana’s Western Region.
