The Upper West Regional Minister, Mr. Charles Lwanga Puozuing, addressed new MMDCEs. He urged them to stay in their districts for effective service delivery.

He stated that MMDCEs should not live outside their districts. Commuting daily is unacceptable. They must live with their people and understand local challenges.

Mr. Lwanga spoke during the swearing-in of nine confirmed MMDCEs in Wa. He emphasized that visibility is crucial for leadership and accountability.

The Minister warned against living outside one's jurisdiction. Anyone found doing so would face legal consequences.
