The Attorney General and Minister for Justice has responded to Gomoa Central MP, A Plus. He challenged A Plus to address his alleged involvement in the National Service Scheme (NSS) ghost names scandal.
At a press briefing on April 30, Dr. Dominic Ayine dismissed A Plus's claims. He called A Plus “corrupt” and “a thief,” labeling these accusations as false and baseless.
Dr. Ayine stated that A Plus should explain his online attacks. He emphasized that A Plus must be accountable for any knowledge of NSS malpractices.
“The media should ask him why he made that silly post about me,” said the Attorney General. He urged them to question A Plus about the NSS ghost names scandal.
Dr. Ayine warned A Plus to stop hiding behind social media. He insisted that if A Plus provides truthful answers, Ghanaians would understand his motives.
He added, “In my hometown, we do not fear mud thrown at us.” Dr. Ayine expressed readiness to confront A Plus directly.
He further challenged A Plus to appear before the media. Dr. Ayine urged him to respond publicly regarding his alleged role in the NSS scandal.
“What I have about him—he should come and say,” he stated. He encouraged A Plus to stop making baseless allegations against hardworking individuals.
