Suame: Six-year-old girl found dead in parked vehicle, family suspects foul play

A six-year-old girl named Lifaya has been found dead. Her body was discovered in a parked vehicle at Suame Market in Kumasi. This happened days after she went missing.

Her father reported that Lifaya disappeared after her mother returned from the mosque. He said, “The mother came back, but our daughter was nowhere to be found.” They searched everywhere, including all vehicles at the fitting shop. Sadly, they later identified her body.

He expressed concern about how she wasn’t found during the initial search. “It’s baffling that she wasn’t found in the vehicles initially,” he said. He suspects foul play and believes it could be a calculated plot. However, he added, “We leave everything to God.”

Police in Suame have started an investigation into her death. Officers have secured the area and are questioning potential witnesses. The body has been sent to a local mortuary for an autopsy as part of this ongoing investigation.
