Suspected NDC members attack Forestry Commission in Enchi over recruitment

On Monday morning, May 12, a group of individuals stormed the Forestry Commission office in Enchi. They are suspected to be members of the NDC. This incident occurred in the Aowin Municipality of the Western North Region.

Felix Ansie, the Deputy Forest Division Manager, confirmed the event to Adom News. The aggrieved youth arrived during a recruitment interview for jobs at the Forestry Commission.

Ansie tried to explain the situation to them. However, they forcibly removed him from the office. They then locked the main gate.

The police were notified to help restore calm in the area.
