Takoradi Technical University (TTU) has officially welcomed 8,933 students into its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for the 2025 academic year.

The newly admitted students span various faculties, including Engineering, Business Studies, Health and Allied Sciences, and the School of Graduate Studies.

Vice-Chancellor Rev. Prof. John Frank Eshun revealed that out of 10,717 applicants, 67% of admitted students were male and 33% female, with 60% enrolling in TVET-related programmes.

He encouraged students to embrace academic excellence, integrity, and teamwork while taking advantage of TTU’s resources.

Prof. Eshun reiterated TTU’s zero-tolerance policy on misconduct, urging students to avoid drug abuse, exam malpractice, and unsafe activities.

He advised them to prioritize safety and seek guidance for a successful academic journey.
