Stakeholders are urging the government to improve teacher safety in public schools.
There has been a rise in attacks on educators by students.
They believe that indiscipline is increasing due to the ban on corporal punishment.
This ban has made some students feel bold enough to attack teachers over minor issues.
School administrations are being called to prioritize the safety of their staff.
These concerns were discussed last Friday at a seminar in Accra.
The seminar was organized by CEMLAWS, National Security, and the University of Aberdeen.
