A video intercepted by The Herald shows traders questioning the legitimacy of the acquisition, with some packing their belongings to unknown destinations.

Reports suggest a planned demolition on March 13, 2025.

An affected trader, Yaw Kwakye, vowed to resist the move, demanding clarity on whether the land was sold under the Akufo-Addo government or President Mahama’s administration.
