President John Dramani Mahama addressed the new members of the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC). He described their upcoming tasks as "immense." He emphasized their significant responsibility in shaping Ghana's future.
During the swearing-in ceremony on May 20, President Mahama acknowledged the challenges ahead. He stated, "The tasks before you are immense," highlighting the weight of their roles. Despite this, he expressed confidence in their abilities.
"I am confident in your collective expertise, experience, and commitment," he said. The President urged members to collaborate on a comprehensive development plan for Ghana.
"Let us work together to deliver a bold development plan," he added. This plan should reflect a collective vision for Ghana and guide future generations.
President Mahama congratulated the appointees and wished them success. "I congratulate you on your appointment," he said. He hoped their efforts would lead Ghana into a future of great possibilities.
