Two persons reported dead after school bus crash on Aseseeso-Somanya road

**Two Dead in Eastern Region School Bus Crash**

Two people from Ben Kunadu SDA Basic School have died. They were involved in a road crash in the Eastern Region. The accident occurred on March 28, between Adukrom and Somanya.

Over 60 students were on the bus during the trip. Many students sustained injuries in the crash. The bus lost control while descending Aseseeso hill.

The students were heading to Akosombo for an excursion. Eastern Regional Minister Rita Akosua Awatey assisted at the scene. She helped transport injured students to Yilo Krobo Municipal Hospital.

Two critically injured students were referred to Eastern Regional Hospital for specialized care.
