UG graduands to receive degrees without medals and scroll holders

Graduands of the University of Ghana’s February 2025 congregation will receive their degrees without medals and scroll holders due to last-minute procurement setbacks.

In a notice dated February 10, the Academic Affairs Directorate informed graduands of the delay but assured them that efforts are underway to resolve the issue.

Graduates will be notified of collection arrangements once the items are available.

The graduation ceremonies, which begin on February 11, will see over 15,000 undergraduate and graduate students awarded degrees in 17 sessions over the next two weeks.
