A thrift seller, known as a ‘Foos’ seller, has been arrested at the University of Ghana. He was found with explicit videos of several female customers.
The seller allegedly recorded unsuspecting victims in their hostels. This happened when they showed interest in trying on clothes before buying them.
A video post described his actions as “extreme absurdity.” It criticized him for recording women in their rooms without consent.
The suspect has been handed over to the Ghana Police Service. A viral video showed him being taken away from Legon campus in a police vehicle.
Many Ghanaians reacted to the video online. One asked, “Did they change in front of him?” Another questioned how he filmed them while they tried on clothes.
