Volta, Oti confirm  all nominees for MDCE positions

The Volta and Oti regions have confirmed President John Dramani Mahama’s nominees for Municipal and District Chief Executives (MDCEs).

All 18 MDCEs in the Volta Region were confirmed. In the Oti Region, nine MDCEs were also confirmed.

Volta Regional Minister Mr. James Gunu announced that development plans will begin soon. All Municipal and District Assemblies (MDAs) confirmed the President’s nominees.

At events in Battor and Sogakope, the Regional Minister praised assembly members. He commended them for their patriotism in confirming the nominees promptly.
