Volta Regional Minister commends Assembly Members for unanimous endorsement of DCE nominees

The Volta Regional Minister, James Gunu, praised Assembly Members in three districts.

He commended Akatsi North, Agortime Ziope, and Adaklu for their support. They gave a 100 percent endorsement to their District Chief Executive (DCE) nominees.

After the confirmation of the first three DCEs, Mr. Gunu spoke to the media. He appreciated the Assembly Members for their cooperation and commitment.

He urged the remaining 15 districts in Volta Region to follow this example.

The Minister highlighted President Mahama's commitment to national development. However, delays in confirming DCE nominees could slow progress.

He encouraged other districts to speed up the endorsement process. This will help ensure smooth and timely development across the region.
