W/R Will Get Fair Share Of Ghana Gas’ Social Investment Projects – CEO 

Mrs. Judith Adjoba Blay shook hands with Awuale Attibrukusu III, the Omanhene of Lower Axim. Dr. Robert Kofi Lartey, Deputy CEO, looked on.

The Acting CEO of Ghana National Gas Company Limited (GNGCL) promised to prioritize social investment projects in the Western Region. She acknowledged that Ghana Gas is a national asset but emphasized its local significance.

While speaking to the Western Regional House of Chiefs in Sekondi, she assured them that more jobs would be created for the construction of Ghana Gas Plant 2 (GGP 2). She also committed to strengthening ties between the Gas Company and local chiefs.

Mrs. Adjoba Blay plans to meet with the chiefs every six months to discuss company developments. She expressed gratitude for her appointment and support from regional leaders, noting her competence and local roots.

Awulae Atibrukusu III advised Dr. Lartey to support Mrs. Adjoba Blay wholeheartedly for success. Earlier, Nana Kobina Nketsiah V, president of the House, pointed out that the Western Region should be the hub for oil and gas activities. However, most companies are headquartered in Accra instead of this region.
