We are tired of Kennedy Agyapong – ‘Ohiani’ Abronye boldly declares

Kwame Baffoe, known as Abronye DC, is the Bono Regional Chairman of the NPP. He recently expressed that the party is tired of Kennedy Agyapong.

Abronye stated that Agyapong often accuses others of receiving help from him. He mentioned past conflicts involving Agyapong and other party members. For example, Agyapong had issues with Naa Torshie and Yaw Adomako Baafi.

Abronye criticized Agyapong for his behavior towards late Chairman Kutin. He claimed Agyapong clashed with Hawa Koomson, calling her a poor teacher. Abronye accused him of boasting about financing the party more than anyone else.

He questioned if Agyapong ever acknowledges his own benefits from the party. Abronye labeled him as selfish and dishonorable despite claiming to support all members.

These comments followed a heated exchange between Abronye and Agyapong on April 28, 2025. During an NPP "Thank You Tour," they argued over various allegations against each other.

Abronye addressed accusations that he plotted against a presidential candidate last year. He also challenged those preaching unity in the NPP while having caused discord within it.

In response, Kennedy Agyapong took offense at Abronye's remarks. He described Abronye as a poor man who speaks without thinking.

Agyapong emphasized that not everyone contributes equally to the party financially. He suggested some people only act confidently because of their affiliation with the NPP.

He warned that he would not engage with certain individuals unless provoked further. Agyapong asserted his financial independence and questioned why others felt bold enough to criticize him.
