We don’t engage services of languards – Zoomlion Ghana Ltd

Zoomlion Ghana Limited has denied claims made by the Daily Guide newspaper. The April 7, 2025 edition alleged that "Zoomlion Landguards" destroyed property of Turkish investors.

In a statement, the company clarified that it does not employ landguards. They emphasized that they do not engage in any unlawful activities. Zoomlion operates fully within the laws of Ghana.

The management expressed commitment to ethical business practices. They have always adhered to high standards of integrity and professionalism. The company does not condone violence or property destruction.

“These allegations are misleading and unjustifiable,” the statement said. “It is erroneous and damaging to associate us with illegal actions.”

Zoomlion urged anyone with grievances to use legal channels. They assured stakeholders of their commitment to lawful operations. The company supports the judiciary in resolving disputes and encourages the public to disregard these unfounded claims.
