Zoomlion Ghana Limited has denied claims made by the Daily Guide newspaper. The April 7, 2025 edition alleged that "Zoomlion Landguards" destroyed property of Turkish investors.
In a statement, the company clarified that it does not employ landguards. They emphasized that they do not engage in any unlawful activities. Zoomlion operates fully within the laws of Ghana.

“These allegations are misleading and unjustifiable,” the statement said. “It is erroneous and damaging to associate us with illegal actions.”
