We need that information to guide us – Osei-Owusu on NPP’s post-election report

Joseph Osei-Owusu, a senior member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), clarified the party's post-election report. He is a former Bekwai Member of Parliament.

Osei-Owusu stated that the report is an internal document. It is not meant for public distribution. He spoke about this on Citi FM’s Eyewitness News.

He explained that the report has been shared with party leadership. The national council has been fully briefed on its contents. This council represents the entire leadership of the NPP.

The purpose of the report is to help the party reflect and reorganize. It is not meant to satisfy public curiosity. “It is intended to guide us in preparing ourselves,” he said.

When addressing speculation about releasing the document, he remained unfazed. “Let the rumours go around,” he said. “We will respond where necessary.”

He emphasized that they need this information to reorganize and relaunch their party.
