We’re fighting to prevent security breaches that could harm Ghana’s moral fibre – Osei Nyarko

Kennedy Osei Nyarko has emphasized Parliament's commitment to investigating two mysterious aircraft. These planes landed in Ghana in March under suspicious circumstances.

He praised his colleague for raising this critical issue. “We are fighting against drug trafficking and security breaches,” he said. He is a member of the Roads and Transport Committee.

Reports indicate that the two aircraft arrived in early March. They left for Gran Canaria, Spain, on 25 March. Their presence has raised concerns about illegal trafficking and national security.

Although Parliament began its recess on 28 March, Osei Nyarko reassured Ghanaians. The Committee is actively engaged in this matter with urgency.

“Committees continue to work during recess,” he stated. “We are fulfilling our oversight responsibilities.”

The unexplained flights have led to public demand for answers. MPs plan to seek information from the Transport Minister and relevant authorities.
