We weren’t influenced to release update on water production improvement – GWL

Ghana Water Limited (GWL) has denied any external or political influence in its recent update on water production improvements for Cape Coast, Elmina, and nearby areas.

Eric Seth Atiapah, Central Regional Chief Manager of GWL, clarified on Citi News that the update was part of routine communication aimed at keeping the public informed.

He emphasized the company’s transparency and noted the positive impact of ongoing discussions on water issues.

GWL reported reduced water turbidity at the Sekyere Hemang Water Treatment Plant, and Atiapah assured that regular updates would continue to maintain public trust.
