Jerry Ahmed Shaib is the Member of Parliament for Weija-Gbawe. He also serves as the Second Deputy Minority Whip.
Recently, he urged Muslims to live peacefully for the country's growth. He made this appeal during Eid prayers at New Gbawe Cluster of Schools and McCarthy Central Mosque.
Mr. Shaib thanked everyone who attended the prayers. He highlighted the importance of peace and unity in Ghana.
“I am grateful to everyone who prayed for peace and unity,” he said. “We must continue to live harmoniously to foster national development.”
He encouraged the Muslim community to promote tolerance and coexistence. Peaceful living is essential for progress, he stressed.
The event gathered many worshippers for prayers and thanksgiving. It reinforced a commitment to fostering peace in the community.
