The Okyenhene, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin, has criticized Western institutions for their role in enabling corruption in Africa by allowing African leaders to stash stolen wealth abroad.
Speaking at the University of Bradford on sustainable governance, he emphasized the need for Western leaders to scrutinize foreign investments by African politicians.
Okyenhene also expressed disappointment with global leaders' inadequate response to climate change, warning of a looming environmental crisis.
He called for a return to traditional values of living in harmony with nature and urged stronger global leadership to address climate change and corruption.
