Why NDC cannot tender alleged tape in ambulance case to court – Nana B discloses

Henry Nana Boakye, NPP's National Organiser has claimed the NDC cannot submit the alleged tape recording between Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame and Richard Jakpa to court as it's doctored.

He argued that the NDC understands the consequences and hasn't included it as evidence.

Boakye asserted the recording without consent is illegal and suggests the NDC aims to create confusion.

The NPP previously dismissed the tape as doctored. Boakye questioned the NDC's credibility for not presenting the full tape, implying edits.

This controversy came from allegations of unethical prosecution in the ambulance procurement case, with the NDC seeking to corroborate claims against Dame.
