‘You’ll have your hands full soon’ - Sam George warns Obour

Communications Minister Sam Nartey George has cautioned former Ghana Post Managing Director Bice Osei Kuffour, popularly known as Obour, to prepare for accountability over alleged shady deals during his tenure.

His remarks come in response to Obour’s criticism of the government’s decision to lay off hundreds of Ghana Post employees.

In a social media post, Sam George stated that while Obour had offered to assist, his focus should be on addressing financial irregularities under his leadership rather than post-election recruitment concerns.

“He would have his hands full soon in explaining his deeds at Ghana Post. He should exercise some patience,” the minister warned.

The development signals potential scrutiny into Ghana Post’s financial and operational dealings under Obour’s tenure.
