You received GHC645m and brought only GHC1m to the party – Abronye goes after Ken Agyapong

Kwame Baffoe, known as Abronye DC, is the Bono Regional Chairman of the NPP. He has criticized former MP Kennedy Agyapong again.

Abronye DC claims Agyapong received a 645 million cedis ECG contract. However, he only donated 1 million cedis to the NPP.

He pointed out that Agyapong accuses ministers of neglecting party foot soldiers. Yet, he benefits from contracts as a businessman.

Abronye's comments follow Agyapong’s recent donation to help pay workers' arrears. Agyapong explained that all parties face financial challenges in opposition.

He stated he wanted to contribute to running the party effectively. He referred to his donation as his "widow’s mite."

On Wontumi TV, Abronye DC responded sharply. He questioned Agyapong's claims of being a man of integrity.

Abronye noted that Agyapong received a large contract but insults others instead. He accused him of seeking public recognition for his donation.

Abronye emphasized that Agyapong should have supported party members better with the funds. He criticized him for wanting praise while contributing so little compared to what he earned.

This situation raises questions about loyalty and support within the NPP.
