Ghanaian youngster Mohammed Sofo scored again for New York Red Bulls.
He netted in their 4-2 victory over Charlotte FC on Wednesday night.
This was his third consecutive game with a goal.
Sofo scored the second goal in the match, helping secure a win.
The Red Bulls achieved their second straight league victory.
At 20 years old, Sofo made his seventh league start of the season.
The team aimed for their seventh win of 2025 against Charlotte.
Wiktor Bogacz opened the scoring for New York after just 14 minutes.
He was assisted by Kyle Duncan to give the home side an early lead.
Charlotte quickly equalized shortly after Bogacz's goal.
Thirteen minutes later, Sofo found the net again.
He connected with a great cross from Wikelman Carmona to score.
His goal helped the Red Bulls take a strong lead into halftime.
In the 70th minute, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting scored from a penalty kick, making it 3-1.
Liel Abada then reduced Charlotte's deficit with a goal.
However, Choupo-Moting added another goal in stoppage time to secure victory.
With this latest goal, Sofo has four goals in nine games this season.
He averages one goal every 134 minutes played in the league.
Before Wednesday's match, he also scored against Dallas FC and DC United.
