Your service was invaluable – Mahama to outgoing Armed Forces Council Members

President John Mahama thanked the outgoing members of the Armed Forces Council. He recognized their dedicated service to the nation.

At the inauguration of the new council, he praised their commitment. He noted their role in upholding professionalism and discipline in the Ghana Armed Forces.

“I extend my sincere gratitude to you all,” he said. “Your leadership has strengthened our military and maintained high standards.”

The president highlighted their contributions as vital for Ghana’s security. “Your service has been invaluable, and Ghana is deeply grateful,” he added.

He also congratulated the newly sworn-in members of the council. He expressed confidence in their ability to uphold military values.

“Congratulations to all newly sworn-in members,” he stated. “I believe you will serve with honour and commitment to Ghana.”

“May God bless you all, and may God bless our homeland Ghana,” he concluded.
