Students at Zuarungu Nursing and Midwifery Training College in the Upper East Region are fervently supporting former President John Mahama, advocating for his return to power.

They expressed frustration over a two-year delay in trainee allowances and highlighted their struggles with high fees and rent.

Preferring immediate employment opportunities over allowances, they believe Mahama’s leadership would better address their financial challenges and improve their conditions.

The students also called for more development and new hospitals.

Emphasizing their dissatisfaction with the current administration, they support the ‘Bring Back Mahama’ agenda, citing it as preferable to continued promises from President Akufo-Addo and Vice President Bawumia.
