"AirMed Flight carried suspicious cargo suspected to be cocaine and cash" - Minority alleges - Metro TV Online

The Minority in Parliament is demanding transparency from National Security. This follows two suspicious flights that landed at Kotoka International Airport in March. These flights are believed to have carried cargo suspected to be cocaine and cash.

The Minority claims it has reliable intelligence about these flights. The AirMed flight N823AM and Cavok Air private jet, Antonov An-12B, transported suspicious cargo from Gran Canaria. This island is known for drug trafficking and money laundering.

The Caucus stated that the AirMed flight was expected to carry patients. However, on this occasion, it allegedly carried suspicious cargo instead. This cargo is suspected to be cocaine and cash in US dollars.

The Minority Caucus is calling on National Security for full disclosure. They want to know the content of the cargo from both aircraft. This request aligns with the principle of transparency in fighting drug trafficking and money laundering.
