The Supreme Court unanimously rejected Torkornoo's injunction application. She sought to stop proceedings investigating petitions for her removal. The five judges made this decision together.

Torkornoo previously described these proceedings as a mockery of justice. She requested that two justices and several committee members be barred from participating in the investigation.
