Kwadwo Sheldon Supports Dr. Bawumia for President of Ghana

Ghanaian YouTuber Kwadwo Sheldon has pledged his support for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. He believes that a Bawumia presidency is inevitable.

In a recent video, Kwadwo Sheldon spoke at an Eid celebration. Dr. Bawumia, the 2024 flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), was also present. Many others attended the event as well.

Kwadwo Sheldon stated he will dedicate resources to support Dr. Bawumia's presidential campaign. He emphasized that Ghanaians should prepare for Bawumia's administration.

He said, “A Dr. Bawumia presidency is inevitable; it is going to happen.” He added that they would work hard to overcome any obstacles.

Kwadwo Sheldon has consistently shown his allegiance to the NPP. Even after their loss to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in December, he continued supporting the party.

Many social media users reacted to his video on X. Some criticized him for backing Dr. Bawumia while others defended his right to choose a political party.

Comments included mixed reactions about his support and criticisms of the NPP. One user remarked on how Kwadwo Sheldon's past criticisms seemed contradictory now.

Another user noted that everyone has the right to express political preferences, emphasizing that elections will ultimately decide Ghana’s next president in December 2024.
