Angola's head coach, Pedro Goncalves, has expressed that Ghana faces significant difficulties in their quest for qualification for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Goncalves shared his insights ahead of the Group F Matchday Five qualifier scheduled for Friday, November 15, at the Estádio 11 de Novembro.
Currently, the Black Stars are struggling, having not secured a win in four matches, placing them third in Group F with only two points, trailing behind Angola’s Palancas Negras and Sudan.
He remarked, “Facing Ghana is always significant for us. They are among the top teams in African football, boasting remarkable players, especially in midfield and attack.”
The Black Stars have concluded their final training session on Tuesday and are preparing to travel to Luanda later today.
