2025 Unity Cup: Black Stars humble Trinidad and Tobago to clinch third spot

The Black Stars of Ghana have finished the Unity Cup tournament in London. They secured a strong 4-0 win at the Gtech Community Stadium.

Coach Otto Addo made changes to the lineup. He kept only five players from the last match and introduced six new ones.

Ghana started explosively, scoring just five minutes into the game. Captain Jordan Ayew scored with a powerful shot from the edge of the box.

Razak Simpson doubled the lead six minutes later. He scored with a towering header from a corner kick taken by Jordan Ayew.

Ghana continued their dominance when Mohammed Fuseini Gadafi scored just before half-time. His goal came from a great team build-up.

Eight minutes into the second half, Lawrence Agyekum added another goal for Ghana. He struck through the legs of goalkeeper Jabari Hillaire for Ghana's fourth goal.

The four-time African champions maintained control throughout the match, finishing with a 4-0 victory. This win secured Ghana third place in the 2025 Unity Cup.

Meanwhile, Nigeria is set to face Jamaica in the final later today.
