40 players from southern zone selected for Black Starlets screening

Frimpong Manso, the Head Coach of Ghana’s Black Starlets, has invited 40 players.

These players are from the southern zone. They come from clubs in Eastern, Greater Accra, Central, Volta, and Western Regions.

This follows a similar talent screening exercise in the Northern sector.

Ghana recently missed qualifying for the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar.

Now, they are preparing to build a team for the next cycle.

The focus is on excelling in the 2025/26 WAFU B U-17 Cup of Nations and the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations.
