48-Three-Pointers: Dallas Mavericks and Golden State Warriors set new NBA record

The Dallas Mavericks and Golden State Warriors set an NBA record with 48 three-pointers in a game the Mavericks won 143-133. This broke the previous record of 44 three-pointers set in February 2023.

The Warriors made 27 three-pointers, the most ever in a loss and a team record.

Luka Dončić starred for the Mavericks, recording a triple-double with 45 points, 13 assists, and 11 rebounds, including 6 of 11 three-pointers. The Mavericks dominated early, leading 81-74 at halftime.

Klay Thompson and Andrew Wiggins both scored 29 points for the Warriors, with Thompson hitting 7 of 11 threes and Wiggins making 5 of 9. Stephen Curry added 7 three-pointers.
