Veteran football administrator Alhaji Karim Grusah has urged the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to grant Otto Addo full control over the Black Stars.
Addo, 49, faced heavy criticism after Ghana's worst-ever AFCON qualifying campaign, failing to win a single match and finishing with just three points from six games.
Despite public calls for his dismissal, the GFA has decided to retain him, even strengthening the technical team. Grusah, owner of King Faisal FC, insists Addo should have full autonomy to implement his strategies.
With AFCON hopes gone, Ghana now shifts focus to the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. The Black Stars will regroup in March for crucial fixtures against Chad and Madagascar.
