Josh Allen delivered another standout performance as the Buffalo Bills defeated the Detroit Lions 48-42, snapping Detroit’s 11-game win streak. Allen scored two rushing touchdowns, continuing his MVP-caliber season.
The game, which featured two of the NFL’s top offenses, showcased high-scoring drama, with Lions quarterback Jared Goff throwing five touchdowns.
However, despite Goff's efforts, the Lions were always trailing after Allen's early scores. Buffalo's defense struggled, but their offense remains unstoppable, with the Bills tying an NFL record by scoring 30+ points in eight straight games.
In other action, the Kansas City Chiefs secured a win but lost quarterback Patrick Mahomes to an ankle injury. The Pittsburgh Steelers and Houston Texans clinched playoff spots, while the Minnesota Vikings advanced without playing.
