Anderlecht coach sets Majeed Ashimeru return date

Anderlecht head coach David Hubert does not expect midfielder Majeed Ashimeru to feature in the club's regular season. Hubert anticipates the Ghana international will be fit for the playoffs.

Ashimeru has been sidelined since early November due to a significant muscle tear sustained in a match against Kortrijk.

The 27-year-old has been training individually but has not rejoined his teammates.

He has made just ten league appearances this season, scoring one goal, due to his ongoing injury problems.
