Ghanaian football star Andre Dede Ayew has credited his long and successful career to discipline, lifestyle adjustments, and a strict diet.
In an interview with the *BBC*, Ayew emphasized the importance of training harder and making sacrifices, particularly with food choices, as players age.
With a career spanning over a decade in top European leagues, Ayew has played for clubs such as West Ham, Swansea City, Nottingham Forest, and Olympique Marseille.
He has made over 100 appearances in the English Premier League and 209 for Marseille.
